CHANGES / RETURNS
Read exactly what applies if you want to return a product, if you receive a defective product or if you want to change your order.
You can return a product within 15 days from the date of receipt. All returns must be requested before sending your products back to us. Please note that returns are only accepted if:
- You have contacted the Customer Service department via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- The products must be in their original condition, unused/wrapped (packaging and proof of purchase, as they are part of the product).
- No intervention has been made on the product.
- Send the product through a courier company of your choice (the relevant shipping cost of the product to be returned is borne by you).
You cannot return sealed items that were opened after delivery and that cannot be returned(e.g., steamery).
Earrings, ear headphones cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons .
In case of return of the products, you can either replace any product of the order with another product, or your money will be refunded within 15 days from the day of registration of your order (in this case only the cost of the product is refunded without shipping costs) .
* Refund only concerns the value of the products.
In case you receive a defective product (eg wear during transport), contact us at email email@example.com later than 2 working days from the date of receipt and we will inform you how to replace it free of charge to you.
Change / Cancel an order
You can change or cancel your order without any charge if your order is not ready for shipment, by calling the customer service department at: email firstname.lastname@example.org. In case you have prepaid the amount of your order, the amount is refunded in full in the account of your choice.
